Connect with your support network

One way to practice gratitude is to work it into your daily routine. For example, before you go to sleep tonight make a note of three things that you are grateful for in your life.

The great thing about this is the less you engage in these habits the healthier you will be and the better you will be able to cope with and bust stress. Additionally, the more you abstain the more money you will save too! It is a win-win.
