Wicked Uncle always produce the most fun infused toys and the Fart Machine is just one of a long line of hilarious gadgets we’ve had the privilege to try out for ourselves. We’ve had a few days now to play with the Fart Machine and let me tell you, it’s been the source of many giggles this week! The size of the machine means it can be concealed in your pocket to pull the ultimate prank on an unsuspecting victim! With 9 different fart noises, you’ll be sure to find your favourite fart noise.
Performance & fun factor
Don’t dismiss it as a one-joke toy — the variety surprised me. Each of the nine sound effects has its own “flavour”: some are long and windy, others short and squishy, and a few are somewhere in between. The quality of the recordings is excellent for what it is: not concert-hall level, but clear enough to surprise unsuspecting victims (which is precisely what is needed to perform a prank).
Because the buttons are all on one face, you can mash more than one in quick succession (if you dare) to generate fart strings or overlapping toots — a mode of play that kids (and mischievous adults) will adore.
In our household, the toy sparked spontaneous giggle sessions, and was perfect for “sneaky laughs” behind the sofa, under the dining table, or during a car ride (perhaps with moderation). As a prank accessory, it works precisely as intended, it’s simple, low-tech, and taps directly into a kind of timeless, silly humour that transcends age.
